The human body is one of the most intelligent things on this planet and it has a very clever way of protecting itself. The problems occur when tissues become in-balanced and start to cause inefficient movement patterns, if left these can lead to tension headaches, joint and muscle injuries, poor posture, neck and spine issues etc.
I have always had a passion for analysing the way the human body moves and ways to rehabilitate it once injured. In the past I have undergone surgery on my knees due to the above and decided to learn more about why these patterns occur. Using the techniques and principles I employ, I focus on restoring movement during a session and using the exercises I prescribe to do at home I look to promote an efficient long term recovery.
