Kathleen qualified at the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) in 2011 gaining a BTEC level 5 Diploma in Sports & Remedial Massage.
As a member of the Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage (ISRM) Kathleen works alongside other healthcare professionals and continues to treat professionals in both the sporting and non-sporting environment incorporating deep muscle techniques and assisted stretches. As someone who spent years working in an office and participating in various sporting activities, Kathleen fully understands the importance of massage and its role in maintaining a healthy balanced body.
Kathleen is also qualified in Pregnancy and Postnatal Therapy and has obtained a Diploma in Seated Acupressure, has a Certificate in Osteopathic Spinal Manipulation and is also studying towards a Masters in Osteopathy at the University College of Osteopathy.
