Firstly, we have a purpose-built private studio, we wanted something that is as special as the service we offer, but when we couldn't find what we wanted we decided to build it ourselves. We are based in Stevenage Old Town, just off the High Street - working on an appointment only basis, so we take time to ensure you get the time you need for your treatment.

You may have had some Thai Bodywork or a Thai massage before, the image always used to be of someone walking on your back, or making you crack and snap. Our aim is to provide a different type of movement therapy combining knowledge gained from our teachers, their teachers and what we have learnt over the years. We want to help you to move like you used too, take the pain away from your body or just give you time to hit pause and relax.

We feel that any form of Therapy should be a real treat, Thai Massage has been around for over 3000 years, it is steeped in Buddhist teachings but most of all it is centred around what your body needs and not just a pattern of set moves.

Thai Bodywork sometimes confused with Thai massage is the art of realigning your body and creating space.
By working regularly with a Thai Bodyworker your movement, aches and pains and general health is proven to improve and regular sessions can lead to amazing results.
Thai Bodywork is very different to Thai Massage that you might have received whilst travelling abroad.
