I have been working with Holistic Therapies since 2002, with a focus on relaxing the body & mind to leave every guest to the Breathe Therapy Room feeling relaxed, restored & revitalised. Join me for your relaxation therapies, reflexology, therapeutic massage, reiki or meditation. Take time to come back to yourself. I'm here for you. Reflexology is an incredibly relaxing & gentle therapy, inducing feelings of calm and tranquility, to leave you feeling with the wonderful sensation of 'walking on air'.

Holistic Massage to reduce stress and anxiety, relax muscles, soothe injuries, reduce pain & improve sleep. Deep relaxation in the comfort of your own home, & for those times when we can't be together. Victoria has supported me through all three pregnancies with her amazing reflexology & massage therapies. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her.

The therapies are so wonderful & helped ease my pregnancy ailments (of which I had several). The postnatal reflexology made such a massive difference to my recovery after each labour too.

I joined the midwifery profession in 1999 with a desire to offer women and their families the best possible care, support and advice.
Reflexology is wonderfully relaxing for body & mind, yet can also be very precise at helping to alleviate specific ailments & symptoms of such conditions as: anxiety, depression, sciatica, kidney stones, urinary tract infections, knee injuries, migraines, stiff shoulders, back pain, IBS and symptoms of PMT and the menopause to name but a few.
Option to combine your reflexology with gentle meditation to deepen the effects & benefits of relaxation is always available.

I understand your pregnancy concerns, and with my in depth knowledge and extensive experience of pregnancy (and the many ailments that present during this time) I can treat you safely, as I am fully aware of all contraindications relevant to you, your pregnancy and the therapies provided.

Pregnancy massage has been shown to reduce anxiety, ease back, leg, hip & pelvic discomfort, improve sleep and decrease levels of stress hormones.
