On your first appointment we will sit down and have a consultation to take your contact details, ask questions about your injury and your signs and symptoms.
We will then assess the area and look at your movement, then provide a full treatment session and provide home advice and exercises for you to continue with.
You should wear comfortable clothing, we require to visually see the area for assessment of movement, posture and treatment.
Please ask prior to your appointment if you are unsure.
Generally we can provide appointments within a day or so, however during busier times of the year and evening appointments this may be up to a week.
