Whether you have a specific injury, or you are simply seeking some "me time", our holistic expertise means we can offer you a tailored treatment plan to enhance your daily life. With over 30 years' combined experience, we use a variety of complementary therapies to help you deal with everyday muscle pain, fatigue and soft tissue injury. We also offer Pilates classes, which are a wonderful way to improve flexibility, strength and balance.

You don't need to be an elite athlete to benefit from massage therapy; our blended treatment approach is suitable for everyone. Whether you are stuck behind a desk, have a physically demanding job or are involved in regular sports and exercise, massage therapy can enhance the quality of your day to day life. It can also help with specific health conditions, if you are recovering from surgery or if you are expecting a baby.

Our expertise includes massage (including pregnancy massage from the first trimester), acupuncture, myofascial release and electrotherapy.

Claire is passionate about using the power of Pilates to help you feel fantastic in both mind and body.
She runs several group Pilates classes in Warminster and also offers one-to-one sessions.
A low-impact form of exercise, Pilates promotes a conscious mind-body connection through awareness of breathing and body movement.
Claire's training is with Body Control Pilates and classes are accessible to everyone - all ages and fitness levels are welcome.
More information about classes is below.
If you have any questions or would like to book in, please contact Claire directly.
Massage increases blood flow to the muscles which helps stimulate recovery from pain / injury or mobility issues.
Through massage, muscles are lengthened and adhesions (muscle knots) are broken down in order to restore a normal range of movement.
Regular treatments means your therapist will be familiar with what's normal for you, so they will not only be able to keep you in peak condition, but also help rectify potential issues before they become a problem.
A painful massage is counterproductive - our aim is always to decrease tension, not make it worse!
Paula's appointments usually take place from the main treatment room at Harridges Gym; Claire has appointments available at both Harridges and Warminster Osteopathic Clinic.
There is free parking available in the gym car park.
This is accessed by turning down between Coffee #1 and Barclays Bank.
You can also park in Chinns Court car park, though please note that parking charges apply here.
You can check the Wiltshire Council website for the latest information on parking charges.
There is a central pay and display car park on The Avenue, which turns off from Station Road.
