Sarah qualified in 2017 from The Massage Training School in Bristol with a BTEC Level 5 in Clinical Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy, (now known as Clinical Soft Tissue Therapy). She is an advanced, evidence informed practitioner and keeps up to date with the latest CPD courses to continually add to her knowledge base. She recently completed the Mental Health First Aid qualification in order to confidently signpost clients to the correct help they need.
She has also developed a particular interest in managing persistent pain, rehabilitation, pain science and managing growth related conditions in adolescents. Sarah was previously a Registered Veterinary Nurse for 20 years, followed by qualifying as a Level 2 Gymnastics Coach and gaining her Acrobatic Arts teaching certification. She gained her level 2 Gym Instructor and is now working towards a level 4 in Strength and Conditioning.
In her spare time Sarah loves nothing more than mud! With a passion for OCR's (Obstacle Course Racing), keeping fit and handstands!

Reiki is a system of natural healing which is thousands of years old.
It is believed that it was first used by Tibetan Buddhist monks and underwent a rediscovery by Mikao Usui in the late 1800's.
Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Reiki treatments are given with you fully clothed and you can either sit or lie down.

After running the battle of Lansdown this weekend it was good to have Sarah around to loosen up my back to start the road to recovery.
