Originally from Northern Ireland, I am a complementary therapist based in Royston, Herts offering Reflexology, Foot reading, Massage (sports/remedial and holistic) Hypno-zone therapy and Reiki. I initially trained and qualified at Oaklands College, followed by the London School of Reflexology, the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine and continue to update my skills periodically with inspirational tutors from all over the globe.

I am passionate about reflexology and foot reading! When not in the treatment room you're most likely to find me across a field or beach somewhere chasing my 2 dogs! I am a full member of both the Association of Reflexologists and the Federation of Holistic Therapists, insured by the Alan Boswell Group and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

I've lost count of how many people say "I've got awful feet" I can assure you first of all that you haven't and secondly I've seen all sorts of feet from all walks of life so there really isn't anything to worry about!
When you first arrive we'll have a good chat so by the time the socks come off you'll be at your ease.
It doesn't tickle - it's more a feeling of gentle pressure.
Some of you will enjoy chatting throughout the treatment, most of you prefer to zone out and enjoy the total zen (I have developed a deaf ear for snoring over the years).
Imagine a long day sitting at a desk.
Your back is killing you, your shoulders are stiff and your head is throbbing.
General tiredness, repetitive movements, muscle strain, or staying at your desk for too long could cause any or maybe all of these symptoms.
Its your body's way of saying "I need a massage"!
In brief "holistic" means treating the body as a whole.
Ideal for self care.
On our initial appointment, I will give you a questionnaire which asks details of your medical history, your lifestyle, stress levels etc.

There are many variations of Reiki, but in essence Reiki can help the body emotionally or spiritually.
It is a tradition that is open to any belief system.
I find Reiki an excellent treatment particularly for those going through emotional turmoil, or depression.
However, it can be used for any ailment from gastric problems to muscle tension!
Each treatment is tailored to suit the individual and lasts around an hour for every therapy.
Please allow around 90 minutes for your initial appointment - we will need to have a consultation ie run over your medical history etc - you can then get the best out of your treatment.
There is no extra charge for this.
In some cases I may require GP consent before treatment.
Generally, each treatment lasts around an hour - however, I don't clock watch or "stop" when the hour is up!
Described as a 'blissful workout for the face and beneficial to the body' Facial Reflexology aims to support the body to function at its optimal level and create a younger, glowing and radiant complexion.
Although not a beauty treatment it does have some rather gorgeous added benefits.
It encourages lymphatic drainage, stimulates the facial nerves, increases blood flow and muscle tone, helps to build up new skin tissue and improves skin tone.
Facial Reflexology has many benefits from working not just the reflexes on the face, but also stimulating muscle and anatomical structures which when compressed can impact the body.
