I am an experienced Swedish Massage Therapist in Bristol. I am fully qualified in Swedish Massage, Anatomy and Physiology, Reflexology and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. I am able to work on different skills and techniques, combined with sensitivity to adapt to your needs. Before my interest in Holistic Therapy. I studied Sociology at College many moons ago.
After having my children, the path I came across led me to here. I have a strong interest in working with Children including those with Learning Disabilities. This passion derived from my oldest child who has Dyslexia and Dyspraxia. I found that Children including those with Learning Disabilities needed the help to process their thoughts and struggled to find the appropriate help they needed.
This is where my interest in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy has expanded. I also found that Massage plays a vital role in stimulating the nervous system which is important in both neurological and motor development. I absolutely enjoy working with both Adults and Children and I hope to be a part of bringing a positive change in both their lives.

Reflexology is a Holistic Treatment based on the principle that there are areas and points on the feet, hands, and ears that map via the nervous system to corresponding parts of the body.
When pressure is applied to these areas and points it stimulates the movement of energy along the nerve channels, and helps to restore homeostasis (balance) in the whole body.
The client is made comfortable in a reclining chair in a safe, peaceful and relaxing environment and will be asked to remove footwear and socks before treatment commences.
