Massage is the manipulation of the superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, using various techniques, to help keep the body balanced.
Massage is also thought to be the oldest form of medical therapy. My aim is to get you into a deep, relaxed state, alllowing you to completely unwind, de-stress and so to treat any problems effectively.
