Catherine is trained to ITEC level 3 in Sports massage as well as Pregnancy massage and Lymphatic drainage. As an experienced and talented therapist Catherine has a genuine passion for helping people improve their lives. Gaining experience and knowledge through her work in both clinical and sporting environments, Catherine uses deep tissue, remedial massage and trigger point therapy as part of her treatment to help relieve tension that can happen through injury or even just sitting poorly at your desk.
