I have heard nothing but good things about Heidi and her Equine & Sports therapy massaging.
She is a lovely person and does what she can to help you and your horse.
Heidi is gentle and takes her time, paying attention to detail and making both horse and rider feel much more relaxed afterwards.
Heidi doesn't just stop at the massaging as I have been to one of her Equi-pilates groups that she runs and it was brilliant.
I felt much easier after going and more supple - Heidi also gave each individual exercises to do after watching us on the 'Anky' horse she has so it was very specific to the person and not the group.

Many riders spend a fortune on having their horses treated by the physio/chiropractor, their saddles checked and refitted regularly and yet are unaware of the huge impact their own riding has on their horse's ability to move freely and whether the treatment of the physio/chiro/saddlefitter is effective on a long term basis.
As one half of the partnership, it is important that your body functions to the best of its ability.
It is also vital that you ride your horse in a biomechanically helpful way which develops his training mentally and physically, to ensure that the money you spend on his welfare is not wasted.
