Initially, I became interested in coaching running when our school coach decided to resign.
My passion is running and as captain of the cross country team, it was quickly evident I thrived in this new responsibility.
When I left school in 1995, my hands were tied though, because back then in South Africa there just weren't any courses qualifying running coaches.
So I naturally shifted my focus to personal training and qualified in 1996.
Fast forward to 2017, my passion for overall personal health and wellness led me to begin studying the best route to optimal body transformation.
