Services
Daniel Wilson Sports Injury Management, founded in 2014 by Daniel Wilson, is a sports injury clinic based in Livingston.
We specialise in treatment of injuries during their acute phase (first 72 hours) by using a variety of techniques such as Sports Massage, Preventative Massage, Ice Massage and Cryotherapy.
We do this so that we can get you resuming activity as soon as possible and eliminate aches and pains.
At our clinic, we aim to suit our client's needs, whatever they may be.
This is furthered by our long opening hours of 7am-8pm and by being based inside the Xercise4Less gym.

The prime purpose of sports massage therapy is to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body's soft tissues during physical activity.
Where minor injuries and lesions occur, due to overexertion and/or overuse, massage can break them down quickly and effectively.
Above all, it can help prevent those niggling injuries that so often get in the way of performance and achievement, whether one is an athlete, ardent keep-fitter or a once a week jogger.
This treatment is not just for the sports person: anyone can benefit from sports massage, including people in physically demanding jobs and those not quite so obvious (occupational, emotional and postural stress may produce many similar characteristics to sports injuries).

Similar to sports massage, we manipulate tissue to improve levels of pain and mobility as well as having similar healing properties.
Sports Therapy also requires a step up in client involvement as result of including stretching movements, muscle energy techniques (METs) and measurable assessments of joint and muscle lengths and range of movement.

We now offer the same treatments that you receive in the clinic, but now at home or in your place at work.
All we ask is that you can provide a 2.5m x 2.5m clear and clean space in which we can erect the treatment table.
Our home visit area covers 64 square kilometres and includes Livingston, Broxburn, Bathgate, Armadale, Whitburn, Blackburn, Addiewell, West Calder, Polbeth, Mid Calder, East Calder, Kirknewton as well as all who inside this boundary area.
Please note that a parent or guardian must still be present for under 16s at all times during the treatment.
