Initially we will discuss with you a little about your medical/activity history and what the desired outcome of the massage will be.
You will then be made comfortable on a massage bed and we will focus on the areas discussed.
Warming up the muscles first and then applying more directed pressure to the muscle fibres to remove knots and adhesions.
