I have lived in Stratford Upon Avon for 11 years with my husband and two children. As a migraine sufferer since childhood, I'd tried every medication my doctors could think of, and it was only through reflexology; and later massage, that I was able to find relief from a condition that would leave me completely incapacitated for days at a time. I run a clinic from my home in a warm and comfortable environment and enjoy nothing more than the variation and challenges that my job provides.
From treating sports injuries to stress related illnesses, no day is the same and I count myself incredibly lucky that I am able to practice the therapies that made such a difference to me. I have an ISRM Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy BTEC level 5 and an ABC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. I am registered with the ISRM and am a member of the AoR.

Reflexology is an increasingly popular, deeply relaxing therapy based on the theory that reflex points in the hands and feet represent different areas in the body.
By using gentle techniques similar to massage, I am able to stimulate these reflex points in order to provide symptomatic relief from many conditions and injuries.
Hot Stone Reflexology is very similar, however; as well as using my hands to work the reflex points, warm basalt pebbles of different sizes are also used to massage and stimulate the reflexes in the hands and feet.
