Fife Massage
After attending Dundee University Donna worked in the banking sector for a number of years before starting her complementary therapy training. She trained initially with Dundee College gaining an HNC in Complementary Therapy. After working as a complementary therapist providing Swedish Massage and Reflexology Donna gained her diploma in Sports Massage with the Scottish School of Professional Massage.

Further training followed at Elmwood College, Cupar where she gained her Indian Head Massage qualification. Donna believes an integrated approach to her client's healthcare needs is essential and this is one reason she works within a multi-disciplinary clinic providing Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Podiatry and bio-mechanical assessment among the therapies available.

She is passionate about what she does and enjoys helping people back to optimum health. Away from work Donna is mum to two young children, Sebastian and Jemima and wife to Nick. Her interests include a love of the outdoors including cycling and walking and she is an avid knitter.
Services
Sports massage has its roots in the sporting world where it has predominantly been used pre and post event.
Techniques involved lend themselves to on-site treatment of athletes and are highly effective in helping them perform at an optimum level.
It is also effective for restorative treatment after events.
But Sports Massage is not just for sports men and women.
Its effectiveness at releasing tight, sore muscles quickly and effectively make it an ideal treatment for many other people including (but not limited to) desk workers, manual workers and overworked mums too.
