Our quiet and tranquil treatment space is on East Princes Street, Helensburgh is located in part of a private house in a converted outbuilding. We offer the ideal place to unwind, relax and de-stress. The treatment clinic is on the ground floor, with plenty of parking close by. The clinic has a far infrared heating system, including a large ceiling mounted heating panel over the treatment couch.
Far infrared heating has its own health benefits, including boosting circulation in the body. We offer a variety of treatments including multiple forms of massage, medical herbalism, reiki, distance energy healing and hypnotherapy. We also offer 1:1 yoga sessions. The massage treatments on offer include aromatherapy massage, therapeutic massage, swedish massage, sports and remedial massage, cancer care massage and pregnancy massage.

Jean qualified as Member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists in 2001 and has been practicing ever since.
She studied at the Scottish School of Herbal Medicine, where she also learned therapeutic massage and aromatherapy massage.
Karen : Remedial & Sports Massage Therapy, Swedish Massage, integrated Myofacial Release and Hands Free massage, Cancer Care Massage and Reiki.
Karen qualified in Remedial & Sports Massage and Swedish Massage with the Western School of Massage, MFR with Myofascial Release UK, and is registered with the Scottish Massage Therapist's Organisation.

Remedial/Sports treatments will generally require more focus in one or two areas therefore if a full body treament is needed this should either be in a longer session or split over more than one.
