I was first introduced to massage therapy when I was training for a Triathlon event. After weeks suffering with a calf injury I made the call and visited a sports massage therapist. This visit changed my view about massage therapy and inspired me to look into a course myself to train to become a Massage and Sports Massage therapist in and around the Pudsey area.
Through my studies I have come to truly appreciate how complex the musculoskeletal system works and how a strain in your calf is not always down to tightness in this area. Prior to any male client attending my home for massage clients will need to complete medical history questionnaires and additional vetting such as proof of ID.
There will always be a member of my family present in the house whilst your treatment is been carried out.
