Even better than we imagined! So personal and welcoming. Lovely staff all very well trained in their profession. Everything about this spa is so inviting and calm. As soon as me and my partner arrived for the half day hideaway we were welcomed by a lovely greeting and taken straight through. The definition of relaxation! I've been coming to VJW for years since I used to work in the bistro next door (now a gorgeous deli).
