Services
If you are new to massage, a Swedish massage is an ideal starting point.
It can be full body or focused on specific areas.
A variety of massage techniques are utilised to help soothe the muscles and leave you feeling more relaxed.
You can book a Swedish massage for 30 to 90 minutes.
After a brief consultation you will be given time to undress privately and cover yourself with towels before being assisted onto the massage couch, where you can drift off to gentle music while your therapist gently releases all the stress and tension from your body.
