I asked for deep tissue massage after a very long flight and the concierge called London Serenity and in only 45 minutes the therapist was knocking at my room. She was very professional and calm which made me at ease quickly and gave me a very good firm 60 minutes massage. We have been using London Serenity since we have opened the Ned hotel. Paolo and the girls have always been there, whenever our spa could not facilitate our guest needs.
